Dormitories in Thailand

Photography has taken me to many places and on many adventures. It was a highlight of my career to be invited to Thailand to photograph University of Wisconsin Lacrosse students help build a dormitory for the Karen people of the Northern Thailand Hill Country. The Karen are known as the elephant people of Thailand and the trip almost didn’t happen due to elephants walking through the village before we arrived. While we did not get to see a finished project we made a significant dent in the work that needed to be done and met some wonderful people at the same time.
